INFLECT Consulting designs and delivers world-class MEAL systems for humanitarian and development organizations across Sudan and East Africa. We don't just measure change — we are the inflection point.
INFLECT Consulting was founded in Kosti, White Nile State, by humanitarian professionals with over nine years of field experience across Sudan's most complex crisis-affected contexts.
We exist because evidence-based programming saves more lives than good intentions alone. Our founders have designed, implemented, and evaluated MEAL systems for the world's largest humanitarian response — Sudan's ongoing crisis — working directly with WFP, UNHCR, UNFPA, UNICEF, and the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement.
We are not consultants who visit from capitals. We are field professionals who understand what data collection looks like under conflict conditions, what accountability means to a displaced family, and what a meaningful PDM report tells a donor.
From system design to final evaluation, we cover every stage of the MEAL cycle — built for humanitarian and development contexts in Sudan and beyond.
Full-cycle MEAL framework development: results chains, indicator selection, data flow mapping, and monitoring plans aligned to donor requirements.
KoboToolbox XLSForm design, bilingual surveys, offline-capable tools, enumerator training, and real-time data quality monitoring.
Specialized PDM, cash utilization studies, market monitoring, and beneficiary satisfaction surveys for CVA programmes across Sudan.
Advanced analysis using SPSS and Power BI. Interactive dashboards for real-time programme oversight and donor reporting.
Baseline, midterm, and endline evaluations. Needs assessments, Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), and independent programme reviews.
Complaint and Response Mechanism (CRM) design, community feedback systems, PSEA awareness assessments, and CEA strategy development.
Customized MEAL training for field teams and national staff. KoboToolbox workshops, data literacy programs, and report writing clinics.
Donor narrative reports, MEAL chapters for project proposals, learning briefs, and knowledge management products in English and Arabic.
We bring specialized knowledge that no outsider consultant can match — because we have worked in these conditions ourselves.
We work with organizations at every level of the humanitarian architecture — from community-based groups to UN agencies.
In Sudan's humanitarian sector, the gap between data collection and real learning has always been enormous. INFLECT was built to close that gap — not from Geneva, but from the field.
Tell us about your programme and we will propose a MEAL solution that fits your context, timeline, and budget.
